Marc's problem with corn flake's nomination of Sam was that corn flake specifically namechecked Sam's friendship with Marc as a reason for the nomination. Nominating someone because they're friends with someone you don't like is pretty low, and Marc was quite right to call corn flake out on it.

At least in marcs case he was upset about another housemate being nominated instead of the Originals who are personally offend when anyone nominates there person
