Default VTE does have one small problem but i prefer it.

Out of the four up this week Sam looks likely to be the first saved HM. A nice but very bland HM who keeps on getting saved because of the VTE. Can't be right but i still prefer it. Do you.

Depends how you look at it. In a sea of conflict and argument, Sam has arguably been one of the most stable characters in there, so perhaps deserves her bookies favourite to be safe.

Being an entertaining housemate may be good from a viewing perspective, but that doesn't usually translate to public support unless its for the right reasons. Last year was an exception, and that was primarily because Helen was not 1 dimensional bland character. Marc again is not a bland character, so i fully expect him to triumph over Danny and others. I'm still not sure he will be the winner yet though

Sam will always be a newbie to me because she has done *** all.

She should have gone ages and ages ago.

Hmm I sill don't know. I tend to like hiusemates that aren't loved bby the public e.g Harry BB16, Danielle BB15, Jackie BB14, so for me it's not great eother way but VTE evict works slightly better. Celebrity BB wise, I understand why it's VTS, to keep big celebs in and get more views, but sometimes it's not really fair.

Good points, cheers. If only C5 would stop changing it around and stick to one or the other. But to be fair this series they have stuck to VTE.

No, I detest vote to evict.
You in effect even under vote to save, get vote to evict too if only 2 or 3 are up.

However when 4 or more are up, it makes it harder under vote to save, to have organised campaigns against a particular housemate, campaigns I hate with a passion.
I prefer the opportunity for genuine fans of a particular housemate to help determine their BB fate, not some anti group campaign against any housemate.

those who win a sum of money like 150 grand needs to be someone the public have actually supported and VOTED for throughout.
a finale full of mind numbing radar dodgers, as we 'tend' to get on big brother is just ridiculous. i want a proper finale with 5 big players of the series.

i really believe that after this year we will never see vote to 'evict' again. the producers just meddle far too much to try and save certain housemates, meddling which likely would not take place if it were VTS.
they only brought it back because of whinging from a section of BB purists, these same purists which the producers never ever listen to when it comes to any other aspect of the show!

it just does not work on modern BB. and all this chopping and changing just gets confusing.
though to be honest i feel like i am done with civilian BB anyway, the past 2 series have been pretty awful.

VTS is fine with three up. Anymore and it is pointless. 40% who might want an HM out will have no chance with VTS with 5/6 or 7 up.

Overall prefer VTS, it helps root out the bores and you can directly save your favourite as opposed to having to pick another individual to vote. When its VTS I generally vote more often, although apparently VTE brings in more money?

I usually prefer VTS, but I don't think the voting system they use matters if they're going to keep casting horrible but inexplicably popular people who'll survive either way in the name of "entertainment".

And we all know they wouldn't resist doing it.

Keep bringing the crown to Marc. Keep bringing it downhill.

I 100% prefer VTS, although it doesn't carry the same punch as voting to evict someone.

This. BB6 casting and BB13 casting were amazing, and both had different voting formats.
