It would appear that Rylan Clark likes to take his work home with him.

Not content with just being the host of Big Brother's Bit on the Side, the presenter has transformed his home into a Big Brother house, complete with its very own Diary Room.

The five-bed Essex home that Clark shares with his fiancé, and former Big Brother housemate, Dan Neal, now has the same eye-shaped door mechanisms used in the series of Celebrity Big Brother he won in 2013.

Speaking to The Mirror, Clark said: "I wanted my very own Big Brother house so I've got all the same eye locks from the house and everything. They change colour, going green and red to signal what's open.

"I've also got a diary room which I love. Can you believe it?"

And Clark didn't just hire people in to the dirty work for him, he explained that he was very involved in the redesign from beginning to end.

"I helped remodel and build it, actually with my hands - no word of a lie. I even know what plasterboard is," he said.
