That you're a good artist? To me not necessarily because you still need good songs, and you have to be able to perform to some degree imo.

Nope. It depends on your songs. If Whitney Houston had belted out Wheels On The Bus she wouldn't of been a fantastic artist, despite the fact she'd of sung it brilliantly.
