Snake fanatic Timothy Fry has been told he cannot take his two pets for a 'walk' in his local park. The local council told Mr Fry, 23, to stop the outings after residents complained about the slithery duo. 'There is a distinction between domestic pets and reptiles,' said a spokeswoman for the authority. Mr Fry, from Long Acre in Herefordshire, complied with the ruling but said that Buddy – a 1.5m (5ft) rat snake and Cue-Tip – a Californian king snake – were 'not poisonous' and had a harmless bite. He added: 'I never leave their side when they are out. If I did, they'd be off.' ![]() |
