Default Maybe they can smoke inside!

I live in ireland and have had to put up with the smoking ban for over 2 years now and it is going swimmingly well over here.but i was just thinking about the exemptions of the law (over here anyway) i know that people are allowed smoke in places that are considered to be their place of refuge, I.e. Hotel rooms (unless a specific non smoking room) prison cells and nursing homes. As the BB house is their place of refuge maybe they can smoke inside. just a loop hole that i haven't seen mentioned before

Thats a good point but its still contradicted by the fact that its a workplace. If they have a residence adresse thats probably considered their refuge and nothing mroe.

Technically it doesn't belong to them so I don't think so.

it is considered a workplace for the camera men and a housemate could technically complain because of a risk to their own personal health

well they do anyway, dont they?
for example non smokers are so annoyed when a lot of money is spent on tobacco in the basic shopping budget, so nothings changed there

but nursing homes and prisons aren't the persons actual residential addresses either and they are also work places but you can smoke as freely as you like within them (granted the people working there can't but the occupants can)
