No hate to Born to Die but Ultraviolence is by far my favourite Lana album. Born to die has a few songs I don't really like, Ultraviolence only has Sad Girl which I kinda hate, and Honeymoon is, not that great tbh

She's a sad sad girl. No because she writes poetically and it's a metaphor. I still listen to The Blackest Day now and again, it's my fav Honeymoon track. Has anyone heard these orchestral versions of her songs? They're studio made but sound amazing.

She gets better and better imo, Honeymoon was a grower but she's going further and further away from mainstream sound which some people don't like, whereas others (like me) love. She's immersing more into her whole late 50's/early 60's alt moody persona and it's brilliant.

Have you all seen her Lollapalooza set? Clips on YouTube. Brilliant, gives you real "Valley of the Dolls" vibes... plus she has choreography and two backing dancers now!
