Default I found my dog!

I thought i'd share my happiness with you. My dog went missing a few weeks ago and i was really upset...but i have found him now, i am so happy and i love him to bits. He is a Staffordshire bull terrier. He's so soft hearted, people say that all staff's are aggressive, but he just isn't. I am so happy that he's back now and he's better than ever.

Just thought i'd share my happiness with you all.

Yes, someone did take it, me and my mum was walking him and we left him outside the shop for a while (i wanted to go to the shop), when we came out he had gone, the whole estate was out looking for him and we never found him, then the other day we got a phone call and a woman said she'd found him by the co-op, and she dialed the number on his collar. Now he's safe back home, but he has a lot of cuts and bruises on his face and neck. But the vet has cleared them up and has given him the 'all clear' and now he's safe at home.

I am really paranoid now though, so he's sleeping on the end of my bed forever now.

It's a great story

It happened to me once too. Sadly we had a dog once, who would just run off, if he saw another dog and one day, he did and it took over 24 hours before he was found and we were very upset at the time.

That was a Brown Doberman...

Sadly gone now But I have a lovely Alsation cross now

I shouldn't have to know every inner most detail and think about feelings, it's a forum

It was a joke, if you got off your high horse and actually looked at the post, you would understand it was nothing more then a joke.

So stop argueing and rejoice in your dogs graceful arms.

Oh and i missed out a famous quote from a popular song.

"Some things in life are bad
They can really make you mad
Other things just make you swear and curse.
When you're chewing on life's gristle
Don't grumble, give a whistle
And this'll help things turn out for the best..."

We have had 7 dogs and my Grandparents had dogs too, I know how close you can get to a Dog and when something awful happens, it can really get to you.

Here is a story about the Celebrity Lionel Blair and his sad situation, where his dog was taken:-

Link & Article below:-

http://www.pet-cover.com/Lionels_dog..._15157150.html

15 February 2006
Lionel's dog stolen

TV personality Lionel Blair has been left devastated by the apparent kidnap of his pet dog Florence and has resorted to putting up posters and offering a reward in a desperate bid to find her.

The crossbreed collie disappeared when Mr Blair's wife took her out for a walk in the park near the couple's home in Surrey.

Lionel, 70, told the daily mirror: "She's just the kindest, sweetest dog. My wife is totally besotted with her. We desperately want her back"

He said the dog's groomed appearance may have fooled the thieves into believing she was a pedigree.

"We got her as a pup from Battersea. She looks like a special breed worth money - but she's ten and only worth anything to us."

Unfortunately Mr Blair's situation can be all too common, but having pet insurance can help financially.

Most pet insurance plans will pay for the costs of advertising and a reward when pets are lost, while some will even pay the purchase price of an animal if it is stolen or dies.
