Is anyone here going to fork out 9.99 to see the webcams??. Last year they were crap , kept crashing and were out of sync so what have C4 done to make them worth 9.99??
I'll miss them at work but refuse to pay on principle http://www.gardencroft.co.uk - for BB1 & 2 archive and new BB3 stories |

That way I can get all the latest gossip and post it on here for everyone  It will work out at around £20 for the full series - not too bad really.... Mark

Is that with broad band or isdn? cause through this dial up they were crap last year. on principle I won't pay as if noone does they will have to put them on free like last year crap or not.

I do believe C4 are trying to make a small fortune out of the webcams this year.
Lets say they have a million people purchase the webcam pass, they would make something like £9,990,000. Thats a lot oh' money! I did watch the webcams last year a bit and would say that having broadband would be a must. Although they were optimised for us poorer less fortunate 56k users! They still managed to jump about and as one person says they were out of "sync". Maybe thats why the 14 day trial is there... David |

Hi, sdjl - welcome to the forum. Hope you enjoy posting here.
 I watched the live webcams through a 56k modem last year, and the quality was very poor. Although I've recently upgraded to ISDN, I'm afraid I won't be parting with £9.99 a month to watch the live webcams this year - the 20 hours a day live coverage on E4 will do me just fine!

I cant register for the LivePass! The website doesnt work! I click on the link to register and that really annoying page comes up, U no the 1 where it says 'this page cannot be displayed'!
I dont have E4! I need my LivePass!!!!!! |

I'm really cheesed off.....They have my visa details, and STILL can't log-in.
You'd think they had the wit to run it up BEFORE now!!!!!! Trading standards here I come!!!!!!!!!!  Ch4 and Sky are putting so many ads and censuring so much I'm NOT a happy chappy!!

It's a pity they have to charge, what with that and the Phone calls they really are going to make a fortune. I think that as they use the saying expect the un expected I think if they make a fortune from this they should increase the prize money as a suprise to the winner and to all of us at the end. Come on Ch 4 whats wrong with a £100,000 this time.
