When it come to historical allegations, there is almost no chance of mounting a defence. Any witnesses to provide an alibi will long since have forgotten about dates and times. Your own diaries will have been thrown away and other information such as telephone bills, etc, will be long gone.

are you saying that if a girl loves a boy she can't be raped by the boy she loved? do you know that the vast majority of rapes happen from a man that a girl trusts?

mot rapes hoopoe between a woman and a man that she trusts. most rapes happen from a husband raping his wife or a boyfriend raping his girlfriend.

people still have this silly idea that rapes happen in dark parking lots, or back alleys, but it's not true. a woman is most likely to be raped in her own bed by someone she trusts.

so what if they were stupid and naive, do stupid and naive people deserve to be raped?

even jimmy tarbuck, got the trick treatment, a woman said that he and his road managers, sexually assaulted her in his dressing room on top of the pops, in london, in 1963, but most people will know, that TOTP, started in 1964, and the studio was in the city of manchester, for three years, and tarbuck never appeared on the show, this was backed up by records and people who worked on the show, this person got the city, year, studio address, wrong, and the police failed to catch on, for nearly 12 months, jim davidson like tarbuck, and others, got police raids at 5am in the morning, with 14 officers and yes, the media standing near their homes, then the mock trial begains, with computers, and other things taken away, in plastic boxes, the police say that they can't crack down on crime, but they seem to have the manpower to do a PR maneuver to do this for along time.
