Lindsay Lohan arrested again
LINDSAY LOHAN has been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving and possession of cocaine.

According to the LA County Sheriff's Department, the 21-year-old actress was picked up at 2.15am in Santa Monica, California.

According to US gossip websites: "Lindsay was stopped after cops got a call of a vehicle being chased by another vehicle. The chasing vehicle was being driven by Lohan.

"Lohan was driving a white Denali. She was chasing a Cadillac Escalade.

"She was initially suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol. A field sobriety test was conducted and she was subsequently arrested for DUI.

"At the station, a search of her person was conducted, and cocaine was found in her pants pocket.

"A breath test was conducted and her blood alcohol was between .12 and .13. "

To top things off Lindsay was reportedly driving on a suspended license.

Lindsay later posted $25,000 bail and was released from jail at about 6.30am.

It's the actress' second DUI arrest in less than a year - just last week she was charged by police for a DUI crash in May, and she is due back in court on August 24 to face charges of misdemeanour hit and run and having a blood alcohol level greater than .08.

If charged and convicted of both DUI-related incidents, Lindsay will face a minimum four-day jail sentence. However, her lawyer could argue for rehab or community service.

This morning's arrest also comes just a week after the star ended a 45 day spell in rehab.

After Lindsay - who only reached the legal drinking age of 21 earlier this month - left the Promises Center in Malibu, she vowed to stay sober and has been wearing an ankle bracelet that monitors the wearer's alcohol intake.

Lindsay was due to attend the premiere of her new movie I Know Who Killed Me on Wednesday night however she has now allegedly cancelled all media appearances.

This is what annoys me about drink drivers. I'm fine with them putting themselves at risk - it's their own fault afterall, but the second they put other people in danger I just lose all empathy for them.

She'll deffo be in jail now.. I don't think she has any chance of escaping this! But saying that Nicole got away with three driving charges in the past (not including the DUI charge from last year). But yea Lindsay's chances of going to jail are pretty high.

Nah, she won't go to jail unless there's an uproar. The worst she'll get is community service, but I personally think she'll go straight into rehab and life the sweet life once again.

I'm starting to get the feeling she doesn't care about how this could ruin her career. She's been given loads of warnings about how this behaviour will ruin her image, yet she still does it. She probably thinks that she can do what ever she likes yet she'll continue acting, when ironically, all her current films have flopped. =D
