SO you are going to someones for dinner and you get asked "what type of food wont you eat"

what do you say?

the other day I had carbonara and I didn't eat it because they put like parsley/basil on top

Also, I am not a pick eater when I go to someone's house. If they are serving meat and don't know I am a vegetarian... I just don't dish it for myself. But if I think it will culturally offend not to have some of their dish... I also know I won't die from a a bite or two of an animal product... so I am pretty easy going overall
