Default Clinton reaching as she attacks Trump's "anti-semitic" tweet




"Donald Trump's use of a blatantly anti-Semitic image from racist websites to promote his campaign would be disturbing enough," Mrs Clinton's campaign team told US media.

"But the fact that it's part of a pattern should give voters major cause for concern."
'Often used by sheriffs'

Mr Trump hit back in a statement, saying it was a "basic star, often used by sheriffs", and that accusations of anti-Semitism were "ridiculous".

He accused Mrs Clinton of trying to deflect attention from her husband's meeting with the US attorney-general

If Trump was running his own propaganda campaign I could believe that he had simply used a generic star shape and that it was that simple. However, he has a (presumably) multi-million dollar marketing team and the suggestion that they didn't realise that there were connotations in this image? Hmm. They either knew or they are incompetent. Take your pick.

Well, using the Star of David has brought more attention to this than he would have got if he'd used any other shape. He's beneath contempt... but his marketing and press team are getting him column inches even he couldn't afford to buy.

You KNOW my support of the Jews AND Israel Liv, and I am not a Trump fan - you can search EVERY thread on Trump and not find a post of mine defending him, but this accusation is yet another ridiculous example - a la Farage, and anyone DARING to address 'Immigration' - of the Left being eternally Right (pun intended).

The picture was created by, and originally posted by, someone on a white supremacist message board. This has been confirmed. At the very least you should be worrying about how Trump (or rather, his team) came across the image in the first place. Why would they be searching white supremacist sites to copy their propaganda? It's far from "innocent" no matter which way you paint it.

The way things are i would not be surprised that had Trump used a circle people who worship the sun or moon or earth would be offended. And the right wing groups also uses crosses so let us all get offended when Christians use crosses. This is the politically correct culture we live in where everyone always looks for a reason to be offended. In all seriousness it's like a game we play and I am sick of it. I have no problem with the image. I'm mad trump deleted the tweet.

There lies the reason for it. Trump is trailing badly to CLinton and it can only get worse for him. Dont know why Trump fired his old campaign team and hired this one they seem much less competent.

Trump's "marketing team" seem to specifically peruse fascist and supremacist material in order to find things that support their campaign. If the implications of that aren't obvious to you already, then there's not much point trying to make it more convincing. It speaks for itself. The VERY least of it, is that they obviously believe that these messages will resonate well with Trump supporters.

Erm.. yeah.. that's anti-semitic. Given the longer-than-time racist myth that Jews are corrupt, this was certainly inappropriate and with a marketing team like his, it is very unlikely that this would have been an accident.
