'Orrible twat Bear is NOTHING like Joey Essex.

Joey Essex's ENTIRE performance is built around portraying himself as 'Thick'. He is SELF-DEPRECATING and the BUTT of his humour is HIMSELF. He does not rely on ridiculing or hurting or belittling others to raise a laugh.

Bear's ENTIRE performance is built around portraying others as inferior, dumber, and OTHERS are the BUTT of his non-humour.

He DOES rely on ridiculing and hurting and belittling others to TRY to raise a laugh.

Joey Essex is BENIGN and LOVEABLE.

Stephen Bear is MALICIOUS and DETESTABLE.

I can't see Bear participating in any other show other than one involving a beach where he is the eternal 'ex' for good reason. Joey has enough social intelligence to invite interest in other shows so in terms of branching out to make more money I would say Joey is far more savvy. And likeable long term.

Bear offers better TV than Joey Essex who's whole thing is playing the thick card.

However to live with in a Reality TV Show then I'd imagine that Joey Essex is much easier to live with than Bear.
