So I've been using that special tooth brush with like the gap in the middle on the braces.
And then a regular tooth brush for my bottom teeth where I don't have braces and on the top teeth gums. And then that little thing in between the wire. Is this correct? Or can I just use the toothbrush with the small gap in middle? I'm confused. I only have braces on top teeth. |

When I had braces I just used my normal toothbrush and brushed my teeth the same as I did when I didn't have braces

Interdental brush for the actual braces like the wire and brackets to get rid of bits of food that get caught in. And then brush normally with a brush like you would without braces after.

Oh ok.
See they gave me this "special brush", and I was like can I just use an ordinary brush and they were like no because of the gap or something. But then in booklet it doesn't mention this

Food never got stuck in my braces so I never used the little special brushes either.

Electric toothbrush for teeth and braces, and interdental brushes for between the braces.
