It's never to later for twist's. I wouldn't be suprised if a twist was announced in the final week.

I agree, It seems like it's been all over the place, Twist's that are great but not done the right way, hardly any secret rooms and surprises. When does the target come in? When do they find the washing machine? Some of the housemates have been pointless.
