ZIGGY reckons he’s given up cigarettes for good, despite admitting being an on/off puffer in the house.

“I’ve been trying really hard,” the former boybander told Kara-Louise and Liam in the bedroom.

“My Mum told me to do myself a favour and try and quit before I came in here – I said I'd stop before I came in and I did for a month.

“But then things started getting hectic and stressful, so I started again.”

The north Londoner made out he tried not to smoke when ex girlfriend Chanelle was around – but many of their bust-ups were about his smoking habit.

“Chanelle didn't really like it - if you're in bed with someone and they don't like it, it’s fair enough,” he said.

Didn’t stop you at the time though, did it Zig?
