when i was on this course with connexions and the woman running it was telling a story about this girl she knew trying to commit suicide by strangling herself with a sock and she said her eyes were bulging bc of the pressure (i wasn't laughing at the story at all it was just the womans face bc she re-enacted the entire thing complete with the pop out eyes)

I was at a funeral once and just as the hymn "All things Bright and beautiful,all creatures great and small " started,some guy turned round and said "Who the bloody hell picked this,he shot everything in sight" which then started us off laughing as the old guy was known for poaching.

Also at a funeral, it was my ex's grandad's funeral and I can't remember exactly what it was, but his grandma said something really funny (unintentionally) and my boyfriend started laughing, then I did too, and the two of us trying to hold it back and look as though we were crying instead of laughing just made us laugh even more

I can remember laughing like a lunatic when I told the Ringtons tea man that my nana had died and I was cancelling the order.
Then I done exactly the same when telling her grocery delivery man, down to nerves I think.

At the crematorium at my mum's funeral. We wanted my daughter (then 5) to be part of the process to normalise death for her.

So we're all in the front row, everyone else has just come in and sat down, waiting for the minister to start talking... Daughter spots the coffin sitting on the "rollers" thing that slides it towards the... Err... Oven? Asks what it is and my wife explains.

My five year old's eyes light up and she says; "Ooooh! Can I help push it in??"

So there we are. Me, my wife and my sister, sat at my mum's funeral, in the front row, in front of all the rest of her friends and acquaintances, ****ing giggling like schoolgirls.

I laugh at everything inappropariate. My mum is like 'you can wipe that smirk of your face!' every time she gives me bad news about someone.
