THE VILLAGE IDIOT

Years ago we had a village idiot
His name was Sid E. Ghet.
He stood 7 foot 3 and a bit
Most of the time he'd sit
He was so stupid he was brainy
Although his face was very veiny
Anyway, he went away to live some

When he finally closed that door

He knew that if the lift was broke
He'd be able to live in peace

All because the morons
Make fun of him each day
Our Sid can't help his height
It's the card that he was dealt
There's more to Sid than height
But no one understood him, he felt
It's with sadness I have to tell you
Our Sid, he's passed, he's gone
I hope he's happy in Heaven
When again he meets his Brother Ron
