okay so I finally caught up on Love Island! I can't decide if I actually like it, but I just can't stop Montana is my absolute favourite, and I really like Camilla too. I liked Chloe before she went, I like Chris, and I like Gabby and Marcel as a couple.

As has been said Jonny is cancelled. I so wanted them to work, but he's just mugged Cam off for the second time!

Not sure how to feel about 2 villas, I just hope cam gets a man. I just wish they started with more people, cos it kinda feels like the series is going nowhere with us being halfway through the series and there currently being more than two times the number of Islanders now there was at the start.

I don't even know how long's left. They'd be silly not to extend it but on all the episode summary for this week it has 'The end is in sight for the islanders' or something? Unless they've taken the summary from 2015 when it was like 6 weeks?

The ratings are way up on last year and I think they'll want to push their luck and see if they can stand up against CBB as well as BB.

8 weeks i think. i think it was 7 last year but they have extended it. so it will still be on when BB18 finishes

Saying that they've put 11 new people in - I'm under the impression only the ones that couple up with the existing islanders stay since they're separated into different villas so can't couple up with other newbies? And there's only like 1 single guy and 2 single girls?

8 weeks(like last year) since it's the 4th week and Emma said it's half way point. (on day 25 so day 50 finale again?)

Oh has it gone back to 54 days then? Because I remember Raph said it was 54 days on launch night live feed but then Emma said it was 9 weeks long which would make it 61 days. I presume it's gone back down because of low ratings but will probably fall even lower to 50 days since they always do midweek finals for civilian BB except for BB15.

Next year's Love Island will probably run through BB19 and a big chunk of CBB22. I think they both may beat it though because it'll be the 'final ever' series'.

it's all so confusing because Rylan said 6 more weeks on bots during Mandy's eviction and the thing Raph said. Tom also said the other day "we have 3 and a half weeks left"

but i think 50-54 days is pretty much the series length since Emma said it's half way Thursday. that's our recent knowledge on the series length. they could have extended it but they need good ratings for that.
