According to wikipedia Sarah is a heavy drinker and a drug user. This girl as serious mental health issues

As have half the housemates every series tbh, doesn't mean they have mental health issues now. It's all in the past.

It's very easy to become dependant on many different drugs and very difficult to come off them.
