go to your local chemist tell them what youve got and they will sell you something to get rid of it its no doubt a bit of a tummy bug i normally just starve myself until later on in the day then i just eat some dryed toast without butter it taste horrible but it does it well and also drink loads of water too hopefully it will ease it

I eat and crunch up Settlers Tums, all different colours and flavours a bit like refreshers sweets, but only crunch up two, I am always tempted to eat more, but dont

Try going to the chemist and buying some loperamide capsules. Make sure you ask for loperamide and not the drugs trade name which is Imodium. You should pay about £2.85 for 10 capsules/

They work just great.

proper coke cola, shake it until it is flat then sip it, it helps settle an upset tummy and also replaces sugar if you actually are sick. Alos like Red says Loperamide is the best answer for the runs xxx
