Default sadness and metal health conditions - are they the same ?

sadness and metal health conditions - wrightstuff debate 21.11.17

got the tshirt

all down it is a korma

will not remove the filth and dirt

its to remind of the trauma.

lows that are extreme

remembering does chill

sad days for ever did stream

but reasoning was the fact i was ill.

we must not confuse

they are different like antartica and the exotic

a disabled person you would excuse

its no different to a episode that's psychotic.

your brain is in lock

the connection is dire

"one flew over the cuckoos nest" you did mock

indiscrimiation is why you got a loose wire.

shame on those who govern

even more who feed the stigma

unless we fund mental health will go southern

that is fact and no enigma.

No.
You can be sad, you can be fed up or you can be depressed.
Depression can be a problem that can be sorted with the right help.

I think people mix up clinical depression and feeling down

Its a word than is way, way too generic to do any aspect of it justice
