I haven't seen all of the series and don't know some of the names mentioned in the thread.

My choices for worst from the series I have watched are Helen Wood, Conor and Coleen Nolan.
I cannot bear people that make themselves out to be victims like the Nolan sisters. I really disliked Denise Welch at the time too but now I think she was having some kind of breakdown and my feelings have changed towards her.
