Default My mum on BB editing . . .

During BB8 I was telling my mum about how everyone whined about how much BB fixed it in favour of BB housemates. Well, my mum doesn't usually have favourites and usually watches it for the human interaction. She watches live feed alot when BBs on.

So, she said that its just people complaining as they think their favourite is getting badly edited. I mean seriously - every single housemate has been excused of having un/favourable editing at some point. How can everyone be right? My mum told me she thought everything that was important got put in and half the stuff people were complaining were just minor details getting missed out.

So whats more reliable - a person who has a favourite or a person whos completely non-bias?

I wouldn't say that any of my favourites were unfavourably edited. The people I thought were unfavourably edited this year were people that I was indifferent to. So there can be an unbiased opinion from both sides.

And I even thought a couple of people that I disliked and was intensely annoyed by did get unfairly edited at times. So I would like to think that my opinion that the show is unfairly edited is nothing to do with my feelings for the housemates.

A person who is completely non-bias, then arguments are fairer.

BB is unfairly edited. It's a fact.
The producers have to create characters and they do that with editing. For instance Nicky this year smiled and laughed quite a lot on the live feeds but was always shown looking sullen in the highlights.

By the way people haven't watched BB for the human interaction since the early years. Now it's just showponies battling for screen time and magazine deals after the show is over.

Its clear that you're a Nicky fan, so your opinion is bias.

And people do still watch BB for the human interaction - my mum!

BB has and always will be BB is unfairly edited! It's a fact, every single BB, including BB8 has been unfairly edited.

Good for your mum
I am not a fan of Nicky and often wondered if she wanted to be there at all.
