Why is this surprising? We have known since last year that's what they were trying to do. Why else would they have pulled off CBB-lite in January with positive cheering crowds? (to make the show look positive and less-trashy to the other broadcasters)

I doubt it’ll end up being that different anyway. It’ll be less crude obviously but I reckon they’ll just keep the same sort of format. It’ll be BBLB in name but they have a format that works for the audience that watched it every night

Right move IMO. Have thought for a while now that BOTS has been going down the drain - it basically became a show with no format and no direction. Would still like to see a panel show of some form (perhaps weekly), but it’s not a necessity when the show isn’t as popular anymore.

Yes i had to watch on catch up in the morning so i could fast forward all the Rylan bits (which was mostly the whole show).

Yeah. Really they should just have it on Mondays and Fridays. Before and after evictions when there's things to discuss. We can all live without the Rylan Show that takes up the rest of the week.
