 In just a few hours, the number of complaints Ofcom has received over vote lines for Saturday night's X Factor have shot up to 1,100. The complaints are mainly from people claiming they couldn't get through when trying to vote for Rhydian. It isn't known at this stage how long the Ofcom investigation will take... |
