Any governing body has to be able to get policy through the assembly/ parliament.
Even with the Alba vote that means on paper, 64 votes against 64 votes.
Leaving voting in the parliament to a casting vote.
If that becomes untenable with any absentees or other issues.
There's only one way to resolve it, that's with fresh elections.
Yousaf is never likely to get Con or Labour votes
It seems the Lib Dems back the no confidence vote too.
He has a very hard road ahead to his being in power now for any length of time.
Even with the Alba vote.
