So lets break this down. Posted started this thread for, to the best of my knowledge, he - out of the kindness of his heart made some avvies for forum members. Thats nice. Now he refuses to take requests, but he'll make you one if he feels like it just dont ask for one. You wont have any luck requesting one in his banner request thread because he's not bothered about that anymore even though he's continuallly made the point that we're asking in the wrong place. Is that right?
