I'm back! :-)

My throat is killing me, my glands are swelled up so much and its really sore. It's my birthday in 3 days and I want to get rid of it. Does anyone know what helps this?
I don't want to be feeling this crap on my 18th.  (Though a birthday topic will be nice  )
