No it is not common knowledge. They get used to the cameras but the constant sounds of the cameras zooming in and filming them they do not forget. Some of the hms told Josie and John when they go to bed the cameras stay on them. Also Josie and John laughing about the cameras on them. That is why they spend all there time in bed knowing they will get the attention from silly cameramen/women that can't be bothered to film anything else.
