Police officer fighting for his life after being slashed across the throat with knife

Earling London.

Stab Vests are good but if you get a Crazy man with a Knife
and your kneck is the area you need to watch out for.
I hope they can save this Police Officer.

Checking for Gangs not paying for Bus Fares.
