Wow, it really sounds like Helen's had a busy week or so. Hopefully this upsurge in her use is a sign of more to come.

Fantastic to hear it. I think we deserve a big communal pat on the back. In particular if the following is true

Today Helen went dressed in a tu-tu to join a 'New York Ballet '- style dance/exercise class, which she obviously enjoyed enormously. I do have to say she was the most juno-esque one in the class bless her, but she looked glowing!

Although It was an idea I'd nicked from someone else here, I did suggest we follow her doing more active things, possibly learning a new dancing style or sport when I emailed them before.

I hadn't thought of that one, but it is a cracking idea. I did an assault course with soldiers once, and there were plenty of comedy moments that I'm glad were not captured on film. I wonder if they'll install a special new obstacle - the pogo!
