In terms of rules, I would have the nominations face-to-face and not in the diary room. That would hurt! It would be very harsh. It's the worst part of the show already for the contestants and it would make great viewing. But it would probably put people off applying.

God! How on earth would Nush and Gos cope with that? They've got trouble enough nominating people behind closed doors in the diary room!
