I made one final proposal to TiBB admin to run the 2013 Razzies with an opt-
IN list and an invite-only social group - but it was rejected.
So, long story short, this year's TiBB Razzies are going ahead on an independent forum located here:

All TiBB users with 100 posts or more are welcome to sign up - but I'm sticking with the opt-in list, so please note that by signing up you are giving your consent to be nominated for and win awards. Follow the instructions when registering.
(Due to the new opt-in list all old user accounts have been deleted, if you were on there before you'll need to re-register)
