Victor should be the winner of BB5

This will show that threats and intimidation do work, as they do in the real world.

I was told once by an ex teacher that they used bullies and made them something like head prefect. If they instill fear, then give them a badge and authority to beat up the weaklings. In effect the bullies become teachers pet.

Works in the prison service as well, bullies are employed to help keep order.

And of course at work, management by fear gets results....
