Default Five male Rabbits & Five female Rabbits

Many people love having pets and as well as (Dogs & Cats) the next favourite has to be (Rabbits)

I remember when I was younger that we had a Rabbit hutch with one Rabbit, which we called "Thumper". It was a brown Rabbit and it was so lovely & cute...

Anyway, my question is:-

We know that Rabbits breed like mad and if you really, really love Rabbits and have the room (Of course), then you may buy 10 Rabbits, "5 Male & 5 Female"

But, in no time at all, 10 Rabbits will multiply fast and suddenly, it's 20, 30, 40, 50+ and then you have a real problem

1) Do you think it is better to have all Male or all Female in Rabbits?

2) If you did have 10 Rabbits, 5 Male & 5 Female and you had the room, would you sell the "baby Rabbits" off to you friends?

3) Do you think 1 Rabbit is enough?

4) or Would you keep the lot, no matter what and build a massive Rabbit area in your garden.
