What of the many minors and young people male and female that have left the country? Those who are slipping through the net are specifically identified as those who are the highest risk of radicalisation, my point being that this where PREVENT is failing by not identifying those who have fallen through the net.
He is 19 so by rights he has only been out of the school system for less than a year, they have either worked fast, or there were signs that should have been picked up on.
