it was halted. This time it is going ahead in the next week, Ref: BBCnewsHD , SkyNewsHD , LBC live http://news.sky.com/story/21st-centu...y-plc-10689526 Last Time they said they would let SkyNewsHD be on its own, not part of the Deal. something along those lines.
