I don't doubt that there have always been clicks every year, that have stuck together and dicussed between themselves whom they are gonna vote for. That's their prerogative I suppose.

I don't think some people tend to like their votes being shown.
At the end they used to post their votes/comments so people knew who made the nice comments about them buy some people didn't like to share.
