Those that watch it want to be able to make more threads/posts/discussions without clogging up the Other RTV section, and those that don't watch it want to be able to put the threads/posts/discussions on ignore without them not being able to see other threads in the Other RTV section.

We also have profile favourites (well not for series 4 yet) so theres no reason why there shouldn’t be a sub-forum.
