Nadia to play mermaid

Big Brother winner Nadia Almada has landed herself a £30,000 pantomime role - playing a mermaid.
The 27-year-old transsexual will be paid £900 a day for appearing in Peter Pan reports the Daily Star.
But instead of casting her as fairy Tinkerbell, producers at The Mayflower Theatre in Southampton have come up with a brand new character.
Nadia said: "I'm delighted to be involved. My mermaid costume is absolutely fabulous and I can't wait to get on stage and show it off!"
Nadia will star on stage alongside former Coronation Street actor Geoffrey Hughes, who played Eddie Yeats, and Paul Nicholas from the 1980s sitcom Just Good Friends.
