He is currently embroiled in an important charge against him made by a former contestant on the apprentice that's in the process of progressing through the courts, which may force the surrendering of all the tapes that are currently hidden away by Mark Burnett (creator of the apprentice). It is well known there is some severe stuff on these tapes.
