I'm sure you've all been to some crap hole's in your time, but what's the worst place you've ever come across?

I'd go with a place in northern France called Montreuil-sur-mer.I went there about 8 years ago for a school day trip, as a way to test out our French.It was just a very poor day,the weather was the only good thing about the day.I just found the place a smelly mess really.

To top it off we came across quite a few horrible people, some lunatic came up to us and started swearing and making rude comments to our female teacher,we went in some shop where most people got short changed and others got taken away into some room to be searched as they believe they were stealing, most of the people they searched were the most well behaved people in my year .

We were meant to stay longer but everyone hated the place so we all went home early.The place may have changed now but it was awful when I went there.
