maybe they only get told about positive nominations when they enter the diary room. remembering that housemates aren’t allowed to discuss nominations, they wouldn’t be allowed to go out of the diary room and tell them about the twist. so it gives akeem more time to think about who he wants to positively nominate? maybe? idk
