I hope not. The head of camp and deputy thing with all the assigned roles is one of the worst format elements they thought up of. Because when there's no assigned roles - if someone isn't pulling their weight it causes natural friction with those doing everything.
Don't even get me started on them adding an actual bedroom to the mix.
