I knew Noel was going to enjoy his power a bit too much
 .And I knew John ,Rita & Malique & even Ann to an extend would be unhappy with this new dynamic . Noel is so irritating as well  .John & Rita have already lost their cool a little with Noel ,and Ann is trying to get use to it , and Malique hates being told what to do . It's also unfair how only 4 of them got a nice meal, IAC producer's clearly want arguments to kick off .
