Michelle McManus has slammed Vicky Pattison for body shaming her after the former Geordie Shore star went on an angry rant about the same thing being done to her.

Vicky published a lengthy post this morning after being targeted by cruel trolls after she was accused of trying to upstage her own sister at her wedding.

"Soooooooo, I’m sorry to whinge and have to post this but I’ve had about enough of online bullies, body shaming, trolling and negativity! And I’m hoping this will silence everything," Vicky wrote - alongside a video of herself in a bikini.

"The implication that I would somehow try and steal the limelight from her on her on her big day has hurt me so much," she continued.



"To add insult to injury I’m now being body shamed over some unflattering pap pics and I can’t believe we’re still on this hype in 2019."

But one person who struggled to muster any sympathy was former X Factor winner Michelle, who was the butt of Vicky's joke back in 2014 when she quipped, "There's a Michelle McManus inside me dying to get out!"

"Yes @vickypattison because you’ve never publicly body shamed anyone have you? Oh wait..." Michelle tweeted, alongside a screenshot of the interview in question.

The chat saw Vicky bemoan the fact she couldn't stop gorging on pizza and chips despite apparently living in 'constant fear' of putting on weight.

She's since responded, telling Michelle she 'can't apologise enough' for the comments.

"There are a lot of things I did five years ago that I’m not proud of," she told the Daily Mail. "And to be honest, I wouldn’t even recognise the girl I was back then."

And the feisty star has also continued to hit back at claims she 'blocked' her sister on her big day.

An image uploaded to Instagram showed bridesmaid Vicky stood in front of the bride, blocking a large part of her dress from view.

However, hitting back at 'b**chy critics', she insists she was asked to stand in front to hide a stain, and even uploaded a video from her holiday in Mexico, defending herself.
