Phoebe Brown, 16, is a singer currently taking part in the X-Factor competition. After being knocked out as a soloist, she made the live finals as manufactured group Hope.

Phoebe has shown amazing talent in every show, and is carrying Hope through the competition. This is for the people who like her as part of Hope, or as a possible soloist in the future.

I think she's the most talented girl in Hope, and has definately shown she has a strong voice. She continues to take lead vocals, and at the young age of sixteen, should receive a solo contract at some point in her career.
