Rodney ... you are a plonker
Quote:
Rodney ... you are a plonker LOSER Rodney Marsh yesterday insulted the women in the camp - and said the only time he felt horny was “when they brought the goat in”.
The plonker, 63, lived up to his reputation as a male chauvinist in a post-eviction interview.
He said busty ex-Hollyoaks babe Gemma Atkinson was nothing but “fluff” and tore into Changing Rooms star Anna Ryder Richardson for being “insecure” because she kept a low profile.
Singer Cerys Matthews was branded a “dingbat” for being “off the wall”.
And his nemesis - PR guru Lynne Franks - was slammed as “despicable”.
Sacked soccer pundit Rodney, voted out after 17 days, said he was more attracted to the goat — introduced this week for the campers to milk - than any of the Jungle Janes.
He is now trying to cause the girls further misery by FLOGGING secrets about them to the highest bidder.
And he has roped in daughter Jo to negotiate the fee while he slouches around the six-star Versace Hotel.
In a bid to cash in on his lame jungle stint, Rodney attempted to tease journalists with titbits.
He told them: “Janice said the most outrageous thing possible to me. And Lynne said two things which are off the radar. Cerys also said something that was so off the radar you’ll be laughing for ten minutes.”
But last night he still had no takers for his great expose. However, Marsh - sacked from Sky Sports in 2005 for making a joke about the tsunami - reckoned he was glad to be out.
Relaxing by the pool, he said: “I’d had enough seven days ago. I thought why the ******* am I doing this?”
He was most happy to be away from Lynne, who he rowed with constantly, saying: “I despise everything she stands for. She was a bitch.”
Rodney also claimed he was the first to notice the spark between Marc Bannerman and Cerys - when the celebs first met at the hotel.
He said: “The moment they got together it was inflammatory - you could just tell.”
He added: “In the jungle, I was cringing for the first four or five nights because I’m witnessing what’s going on right next to me.”
